Winter salads can also be very original. In addition to fresh vegetables, you can safely add other ingredients to them. For example, here is an option with peas – easy to prepare and very satisfying. Try it yourself!
Ingredients
- Green peas - 1 bank
- Onion - 5 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Vinegar (70%) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the vegetables.
Mix, add the peas and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the juice that has been released and dissolve the acetic acid in it.
Add oil, salt and spices to the vegetables.
Pour the juice and vinegar back in and place the salad tightly in sterile jars.
Sterilize them for another 20 minutes and roll them up for the winter.
