Ingredients
- Apples - 300 g
- Bird cherry - 300 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into slices, sort the cherry and put everything in a sterile jar.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again.
Pour the syrup back into the jar and roll up the compote for the winter.
