Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin and quince, cut into cubes.
Boil the sugar and 200 ml of water, boil until the syrup dissolves and put the quince and pumpkin there.
Remove the workpiece from the heat and let it cool.
Boil for 10 minutes, let cool again and cook for another 15 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
