- Apples - 1,5 kg
- Chokeberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 500 g
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Water - 8 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into quarters, remove the seeds and chop.
Remove the berries of the chokeberry from the brushes and rinse with boiling water.
Boil water, add apples, rowan, sugar and citric acid.
Boil for 10 minutes, pour into prepared jars and roll up.
