Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 2 kg
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Sugar - 200 g
- Salt - 50 g
- Water - 600 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the bell pepper in half, peel from the seeds and cut into medium slices.
Boil water, add sugar and salt.
Add the bell pepper and cook for 3 minutes from the moment of re-boiling.
Arrange the hot pepper into jars.
Mix the remaining marinade with vinegar and pour it into jars.
Roll up the pepper, turn it upside down and wrap it with a thick towel.
