Zucchini and zucchini are not everything. Do not forget about the patissons, especially since their harvest at the height of the season is usually also more than generous. I have a couple of favorite recipes for blanks, and these squash in tomato filling is one of them.
Ingredients
- Patisson - 1.2 kg
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Water - 700 ml
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 of the clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix water, tomato, sugar and salt, and bring to a boil.
Add paprika and crushed garlic, and then - chopped squash.
Simmer them for half an hour, pour in vinegar and roll them into sterile jars.
