Gloomy winter days will become more fun if there are supplies of peach jam in the pantry. Every housewife has her own favorite recipe. I like to cook this seedless jam. In order not to suffer for a long time with the fleecy peel of fruit, I suggest removing it immediately.

Ingredients

  • Peaches - 2 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Citric acid - 1 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the peaches, remove the seeds.

Chop the peaches in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

Add sugar, stir and leave for 1 hour.

Put the pan on low heat and boil for 5 minutes.

Add citric acid and cook for another 5 minutes. Put the jam in sterilized jars, roll it up and wrap it up for a day with a warm blanket.
