Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the blueberries from the brushes and rinse under running water.

Cut the apples into quarters and peel the seeds.

Chop the blanks in a blender and place them in a saucepan of suitable size.

Scald the lemon with boiling water, cut in half and squeeze out the juice.

Add sugar and lemon juice to the pan and boil everything together for 30 minutes.

Put the hot jam in sterilized jars and roll it up.
