- Beetroot - 800 g
- Cabbage - 400 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Onion - 250 g
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Water (filtered) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, peeled beets and onions. Grate the carrots.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Add beetroot, ground pepper, salt and water mixed with tomato paste. Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
Add the cabbage, chopped garlic and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add vinegar, mix and arrange in prepared jars. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it up for a day.
