- Carrots - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Greenery - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Salt - 50 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop all the vegetables, add butter, sugar and salt, and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat, stirring.
Add chopped herbs, spices and vinegar, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Roll the vegetable dressing into sterile jars.
