Winter preparations are needed not only for the preservation of vegetables. It is also a great investment in your own free time in the future. It is much easier to cook a large portion once and put it in jars than to cook cabbage soup with cabbage and beans every time again.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 2 kg
- Tomatoes - 2.5 kg
- Beans - 2 glasses
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Carrots - 700 g
- Vinegar - 150 ml
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Salt - 4 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 300 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the beans overnight in advance and boil until soft.
Chop the onion and carrot, and fry in oil until golden.
Add chopped tomatoes and pepper. Bring to a boil and add the beans.
Will cook all 5 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, sugar and salt.
Simmer the soup for 15 minutes after re-boiling.
Pour in the vinegar, add spices and boil the soup for another 5 minutes.
Roll them up in sterilized jars.
