Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Honey (liquid) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin, seeds and cut into small cubes.
Put the pumpkin in the mold and pour in the water. This will allow you to cook the dish much faster.
Cover the top with a sheet of foil and bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
Pour liquid honey over the finished pumpkin and sprinkle with cinnamon.
