You can cook the popular tiramisu without eggs. They will be perfectly replaced by chilled cream with a fat content of 33%. I like this recipe even more than the classic one. Firstly, it's easier to cook this way, and secondly, tiramisu has a stronger creamy taste!

Beat the cooled cream with a mixer until stable peaks.

Add powdered sugar, mascarpone and mix gently.

In a separate container, mix cold coffee with cognac.

Dip each savoyardi cookie into the coffee for a few seconds.

Spread the cookies on a plate, generously lubricate the cream on top.

Assemble tiramisu from two layers of cookies, smear with cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Put it in the refrigerator for 3-5 hours to infuse.
