This healthy cake can be very different: without butter, sugar and even without flour. But it always remains easy to prepare, delicious and very colorful. Prepare a delicate carrot PP cake according to this recipe and enjoy a delicious dessert without compromising the figure.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 80 g
- Carrots (grated on a fine grater) – 280 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Milk - 140 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Prunes - 60 g
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Ricotta - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the prunes for 10 minutes, then dry with paper towels and finely chop.
Combine grated carrots, eggs, milk, oat flakes, salt, vanilla and prunes, mix.
Add sugar substitute to taste, flour and mix well again.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment, pour out the dough and smooth it out. Bake at 170°C for about 15 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick. Stick it into the cake and take it out immediately. If there is no raw dough left on the toothpick, then the cake is ready.
Put a cutting board on the cake and carefully turn it over, remove the parchment. Cut the cooled cake into 4 parts, smear with ricotta and assemble the cake. Send the finished carrot PP cake to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, and decorate as desired before serving.
