Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (home) – 350 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix with the egg.
Add sugar and salt, mix thoroughly and then add flour.
At the end, add vanilla sugar, mix the curd mass again and form cheesecakes.
Lightly sprinkle them with flour and fry on both sides in a frying pan for 2-3 minutes.
