Today I will share with you a simple recipe for homemade ice cream. We will cook it from blackberries, heavy cream and milk. The amount of sugar depends on the acid of the berries, as well as the taste preferences of each. I recommend trying the mixture to taste.

Sort the blackberries, rinse and dry thoroughly.

Mix the blackberries with sugar, crush with a wooden crush and leave for 10-15 minutes to get a lot of juice.

Put the mass in cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice.

Beat the cooled cream for 10 minutes. They should increase in volume and thicken.

Add the blackberry juice, mix, pour into the prepared molds and put in the freezer. After 4-5 hours, the dessert is ready.
