This carrot cake will delight even children who can't stand carrots. It's not so easy to distinguish it there! On top, if desired, cover it with your favorite cream or just whipped cottage cheese with sour cream.
Ingredients
- Egg whites - 3 pieces
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Sugar substitute - 25 g
- Bran - 300 g
- Carrots - 300 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Nuts (chopped) – 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the bran into flour and add finely grated carrots to them. Add baking powder to the same place.
Beat the whites, yolk and sugar substitute for about 3 minutes.
Mix both masses, add chopped nuts and pour the dough into the mold.
Bake the pie for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees until a dry match.
