Ingredients
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Cream (35%) – 5 glasses
- Gelatin - 5 tsp.
- Sugar - 250 g
- Berries (fresh) – for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with a small amount of water.
Add sugar and gelatin to the warm cream, mix until completely dissolved.
Add mascarpone and beat the mass with a mixer until smooth.
Arrange the future dessert in transparent cups or special molds and send it to the refrigerator until it hardens (for about 2-3 hours).
Serve the finished panna cotta, garnished with fresh berries.
