In my opinion, tiramisu is much more convenient to cook not with one big dessert, but immediately in portions. Moreover, this does not require any special dishes. Ordinary cups are perfect. I will be happy to share with you a proven recipe for my favorite dessert.
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 200 g
- Mascarpone - 250 g
- Egg yolks - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 60 g
- Cognac - 30 ml
- Vanilla Extract - 0.5 tsp.
- Cream (33%) – 200 ml
- Powdered sugar - 20 g
- Coffee (strong) – 150 ml
- Cocoa - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the yolks and white sugar with a mixer.
Add mascarpone with vanilla and mix.
Whisk cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Mix both masses.
Add cognac to the coffee if desired.
Put a little cream in the glasses.
Dip savoyardi in coffee and put it on top.
Lay out the cream again, once again soaked in savoyardi coffee and cream again.
Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
