Panna cotta made of milk is an amazing Italian dessert. It is delicate and at the same time has a unique vanilla taste. If you supplement it with berry or caramel syrup, you will not be able to tear yourself away from the table.
Ingredients
- Milk - 200 ml
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Vanilla sugar - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare gelatin. To do this, take some milk, pour gelatin there and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
Mix the rest of the milk with vanilla sugar and put it on the fire. You do not need to boil the milk, just bring it to a boil and turn it off immediately. Set aside to cool for a couple of minutes.
When the milk is warm, mix it with gelatin and pour it into molds. Put the dessert in the refrigerator for two hours until completely solidified.
When serving dessert, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate or pour berry syrup.
