Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the oranges, scald them with boiling water. Dry with a paper towel. Grate the zest of one orange on a fine grater.

Mix gelatin with a few tablespoons of cold water and leave it for 30 minutes. Divide the cream into two equal parts. Add 50 g of sugar to one part, stir and put on the stove, and place the second part in the refrigerator.

Cook the cream for 10 minutes after boiling over low heat.

Remove the cream from the heat, cover with a lid. Remove the remaining cream from the refrigerator and whisk into a stable foam.

Put a bowl of gelatin in a water bath. Pour gelatin into the hot cream in a thin stream. Put the orange zest, vanilla sugar and whipped cream in the same place. Mix it up.

Pour the panna cotta into the cremans, filling the container by 70%. Put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Peel the oranges, divide into slices. Cook the sugar syrup. To do this, mix the rest of the sugar together with the orange slices and juice. Let it cool down.

Place the cooled oranges together with the syrup on the cremans.
