In summer, I try not only to eat fresh fruits, but also to cook all kinds of dishes from them. Among my favorites is a fragrant pastille made of nectarine. I usually cook it in the dryer, because I don't want to turn on the oven for so long in the heat.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the nectarines in half and peel the seeds.
Chop the fruit in a blender until pureed.
Add sugar and mix well.
Prepare special pallets. If there are none, cover the grates with parchment paper.
Pour out the fruit puree and smooth it out. The layer should be within 0.5-1 cm.
Dry for 10 hours at a temperature of 55 degrees.
Separate the finished pastille, sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and starch. Roll into a roll and slice.
