There is no single correct cheesecake recipe, so it is prepared even from different types of cheese. For example, here is a version of ricotta. I prefer to decorate the finished dessert with almond flakes, but you choose the option you like.

Grind butter and cookies in a blender. Tamp the mass into a mold in the form of a base.

Whisk the ricotta with condensed milk and cream. Add the eggs and whisk again.

Pour on the base and put the cheesecake in the oven for an hour. The first half hour at 180 degrees, and then at 150.

Leave it for another half hour in the oven slightly open, turned off, let it cool down and put it in the refrigerator.
