Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 400 g
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Rice flour - 80 g
- Coconut oil (for frying) – 2 art.l.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve.
Peel the banana and chop it in a blender.
Mix the blanks in a deep bowl. Add half the flour, salt, egg and mix well.
Form cheesecakes and roll in the remaining flour.
Place in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
