Tiramisu can be cooked even faster if condensed milk is added instead of sugar and mascarpone. This version of the popular dessert can easily be prepared even by inexperienced cooks. Make coffee in advance so that it has time to cool down.
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 200 g
- Condensed milk - 150 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 250 ml
- Coffee (espresso) – 1 cup
- Cognac - 1 art.l.
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cooled cream with a mixer until thickened.
Add condensed milk and mix well.
Mix coffee with cognac.
Dip each cookie into the coffee for a few seconds.
Smear the bottom of the plate with cream and lay out the first row of cookies.
Add a thick layer of cream and lay out the cookies again. Repeat the steps until the dessert reaches the desired height.
Brush the top with a thick layer of cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Infuse tiramisu in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
