Ingredients
- Young zucchini - 100 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 200 g
- Sugar - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the zucchini and chop it in a blender.
Add lemon juice and stir.
Beat the cooled cream with sugar.
Add the preform with zucchini and mix again.
Put the ice cream in a mold and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 3 hours, take the ice cream out of the refrigerator every 40 minutes and beat it with a mixer.
