Ingredients
- Turn (blackthorn) – 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the blackthorn with water, boil for 5-10 minutes until soft and rub through a sieve.
Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Boil the puree on low heat for about 7 minutes.
Pour it in a thin layer on parchment and dry the pastille in the oven with the door ajar at 80 degrees for 4-5 hours.
Cut the pastille and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
