- Cookies (sand) – 300 g
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Butter - 100 g
- Cream cheese - 600 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Cream (33-35%) – 200 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla extract - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies into crumbs, add nutmeg, mix with melted butter and put in a mold.
Tamp the base, wrap the bottom of the mold with foil, and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Whisk together cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla and sugar. You can not beat the filling.
Add eggs individually and mix.
At the very end, add the cream and mix again without whipping anything.
Put the mass with a spatula on the base and put the cheesecake in a container with water.
