I love ice cream, so I often cook it at home. Depending on the mood, I use different ingredients and additives. In summer, it's mostly fruits and berries, and in winter, chocolate ice cream has always been my favorite for many years. I'm sharing the recipe with you.
Ingredients
- Egg yolks - 5 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 3 art.l.
- Bitter chocolate - 250 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 200 ml
- Milk - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cream and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Add the chocolate broken into pieces and mix until smooth.
Separately whisk the yolks with powdered sugar.
Without stopping the mixer, pour in the chocolate blank. Whisk everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
Pour the resulting mass into a saucepan and put it on low heat. Warm up to 80 degrees and cool to room temperature.
Put it in the prepared form and put it in the freezer for 6 hours. For the first 3 hours, take out the ice cream every 40 minutes and beat it with a mixer.
