Corn grits gives cheesecakes a beautiful golden hue. The main thing is to take a smaller grind so that it does not remain too hard after frying. And the rest of it is no worse than flour – just a little bigger.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Corn groats - 3-4 art.l.
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve and add small corn grits to it.
Add egg white, plain and vanilla sugar to the same place, and mix again.
Form cheesecakes, roll in flour or semolina if desired, and fry on both sides.
