Sunday morning should be special. Get up a little later, brew yourself a cup of fragrant tea and prepare delicious cheesecakes from cottage cheese with raisins. I advise you to use my recipe. I've been cooking it for many years and I know all the proportions by heart.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Raisins - handful
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 150 g
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Coconut oil (for frying) – 50 g
- Water - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour boiling water over the raisins, cover with a lid and set aside for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, put the raisins on a cloth towel and dry.
Grind cottage cheese in a blender or rub through a sieve.
Add eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, raisins and half the flour. Stir until smooth.
Form cheesecakes, dust each one thoroughly with the remaining flour.
Fry the cheesecakes in coconut oil until golden brown on both sides.
