I often cook something on weekends. Recently I tried a new recipe for cheesecake with condensed milk. The dessert turned out to be excellent and turned out to be very welcome. Guests came to us, so we spent the rest of Saturday evening drinking tea.
Ingredients
- Cookies (ghee) – 250 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Condensed milk - 500 ml
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Vanilla sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies in a blender or crumble with a rolling pin.
Add vanilla sugar, melted butter and mix well.
Put it on the bottom of the prepared mold, lightly tamping. You can form bumpers of any height or not to do it.
Beat the eggs lightly with salt.
Add condensed milk and whisk everything together for 3 minutes.
Pour the resulting mass into the mold on top of the base and smooth it out.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, and then reduce the temperature to 170 and cook for another 25-30 minutes.
Do not remove the finished cheesecake from the mold until it has completely cooled down.
