Italian dessert is popular all over the world. Many people cook it at home, experimenting with different additives. I really liked tiramisu with baylis, which a friend recently treated me to. Creamy notes of Irish liqueur perfectly fit into a harmonious bouquet of flavors.
Ingredients
- Savoyardi Cookies - 400 g
- Mascarpone - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 100 g
- Coffee (espresso) – 150 ml
- Baileys - 2 tbsp.l.
- Cocoa (for decoration) – 2 art.l.
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide the eggs carefully into whites and yolks.
Whisk the whites with salt until sharp peaks.
Separately whisk the yolks with powdered sugar.
Mix mascarpone, whipped yolks and protein mass.
In a wide cup, mix coffee and Baileys liqueur.
Dip Savoyardi cookies in fragrant coffee and put them on the bottom of the prepared plate.
Pour cream generously on top.
Dip the cookies in coffee again and put the next layer, smear with cream. Repeat the procedure until you run out of cookies.
Pour cream on top and sprinkle with cocoa. Tiramisu should stand for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
