Delicious homemade cheesecake can be made with absolutely any berries or fruits. Including such an unusual option as cheesecake with tangerines. Dessert is prepared simply, but you need to take into account a few nuances, which I will tell you about later.
Ingredients
- Cookies (shortbread coffee) – 300 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Starch - 1.5 art.l.
- Sugar - 230 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Tangerines - 300 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
- Gelatin - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the tangerines, cut them with the peel and add 150 g of sugar and water. Cook for an hour on low heat.
Whisk cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs and remaining sugar with a blender. Add the starch and stir.
Chop the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp the base into a mold.
Put the curd mass on top and put the cheesecake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 160 degrees. Let it cool in the oven.
Chop the tangerines with a blender, add vanilla sugar and gelatin, and mix until dissolved.
Let the jelly cool, pour over the cheesecake and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
