Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the apples. Bake in the oven or in the microwave until soft and chop with a blender.
Add cinnamon and, if desired, a sugar substitute or honey.
Boil the puree on low heat for about a third.
Lay it out in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Dry the pastille for 5-6 hours until cooked in a slightly open oven at a minimum temperature.
