Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 100 g
- Nuts - 100 g
- Dried Fruits - 100 g
- Dates - 200 g
- Coconut oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the ingredients in a blender and chop.
You can leave the mass with a little texture or grind it altogether until smooth.
Form candy balls, put them on parchment and send them to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
