When I want to surprise my loved ones or guests with something unexpected - I cook this yogurt ice cream with lime flavor. Much more unexpected! I advise you to freeze it in special molds with sticks – this way it will be more convenient to eat.
Ingredients
- Yogurt - 150 ml
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Lime - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado and whisk with a blender.
Add the lime juice and zest, honey and vanilla sugar, and whisk again.
Add the yogurt, whisk the mass again for a few minutes.
Arrange the ice cream into molds and send it to the freezer.
