Lush and beautiful PP cheesecakes are prepared from low-fat cottage cheese with the addition of eggs and rice flour. Coconut oil is used for frying. You can replace it with olive, corn or flax. Ready-made cheesecakes are served with honey, berries and slices of fruit.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (fat–free) - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Rice flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Coconut oil (for frying) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind it in a blender.
Add the vanilla, half the flour, salt and lightly beaten eggs. Stir until smooth.
Form cheesecakes and dust with the remaining flour.
Place in a preheated frying pan with coconut oil and fry until golden brown.
