It would seem that it is impossible to cook vegan cheesecake, because it is made from cheese. But in fact, the current variety of ingredients makes it quite possible to experiment even with such an unusual task. In addition, we will make it without sugar and without baking.
Ingredients
- Nuts - 200 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Honey - 2 tbsp.l .
- Cream (coconut) – 50 g
- Tofu - 400 g
- Coconut oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Dates - 200 g
- Oat flakes - 50 g
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp.l.
- Coconut flour - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind 150 g of nuts, cocoa, oat flakes in a blender and add coconut oil.
Mix, lay out the base of the cheesecake and put it in the refrigerator.
Squeeze the juice and remove the zest from the lemon. Whisk the coconut cream. Chop the remaining nuts.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth.
Put the mass on the base and put the cheesecake back in the refrigerator.
