Ingredients
- Cookies - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Bananas - 6 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies with butter and put them in a mold. You can do without the basics.
Whisk the cottage cheese with a blender, add bananas, egg and flour, and whisk again.
Pour the curd mass onto the base and bake the cheesecake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let it stand in the slightly open oven for another 15 minutes.
