Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 300 g
- Chicken breasts - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken, dry and cut into large pieces,
Add soy sauce, stir and leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Wash the Peking cabbage, dry it and disassemble it into leaves.
Cut the cabbage into large pieces, cherry tomatoes in half.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour in the chicken and fry until tender.
Put the chicken pieces on a board and cut even smaller.
Mix cabbage, chicken, tomatoes, olive oil and salt.
