Rice flour cheesecakes are made more tender than wheat flour or semolina. However, frying them is a little more difficult. You will definitely need a frying pan with a good non-stick coating.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (grainy) – 360 g
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 20 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wipe the cottage cheese with a spoon through a sieve.
Add rice flour, salt and sugar. The recipe uses brown sugar, it slightly changes the color of the cheesecakes and gives a caramel note.
Add the egg to the bowl and mix everything together.
The result is a sticky homogeneous and very soft mass. You do not need to add flour.
Sprinkle a board or table with rice flour. Form a ball of cottage cheese dough with wet hands and shape it into a washer. It is convenient to use a cup or glass with a large diameter.
Put the blanks in a frying pan in hot oil. Fry without a lid for 4-5 minutes on low heat.
Turn the cheesecakes over, cover the pan with a lid and fry them for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve ready-made cheesecakes for dessert or for a snack with various toppings, berries, sour cream.
