Eggplants can be fried in different ways - in flour, spices, batter or just like that. But for some reason, only a few are prepared in breading. And in vain, because it turns out no worse than mushroom fries and other similar snacks! And due to the fact that the circles are flat, you can do without a fryer.
Ingredients
- Eggplant - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 1-2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into circles, add salt, leave for 5 minutes and rinse.
Beat the egg. Dip each circle in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry the eggplant on both sides until golden.
