To prepare such a sandwich, you can use fried or baked fish, as well as a simplified version – canned tuna. Any bread will do, for example, with cereals.
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Tuna (canned) – 100 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cheese - 2 slices
- Bread - 4 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread slices of bread with mayonnaise on one side. In addition to mayonnaise, you can take any other sauces.
Put cheese on top of the bread and canned fish on it, mashed with a fork.
Cover the fish with tomato slices and top with the second half of bread.
Place on the hot ribbed surface of the grill and cover with a lid. Wait 5 minutes.
Serve the sandwiches hot or warm. If desired, you can lift a piece of bread and put lettuce leaves or spinach inside.
