If you love spicy Mexican cuisine, then you definitely tried the famous avocado guacamole. I tell you how to cook it properly at home and what you can add. For example, hot chili pepper, fragrant sweet tomatoes and lemon juice.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Shallots - 0.5 pieces
- Cilantro - 2 twigs
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chili pepper - 0.5 pods
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare and cut tomatoes into small cubes, chop chili, garlic, cilantro and shallots.
Mash the avocado with a fork and sprinkle with lemon juice. Optionally, you can mash it with a blender.
Add olive oil and other chopped products to the avocado puree.
