Bruschetta with avocado and shrimp is an amazing taste and a quick breakfast, snack or snack for the holiday. The incredible combination of crispy bread, avocado with garlic and seafood makes this dish rich and very tasty.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Baguette - 280 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 h.l.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 75 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the baguette and fry it in a frying pan in olive oil until golden brown.
Chop avocado, garlic, mayonnaise in a blender. Add a little lemon zest and 1 tsp lemon juice. Mix well.
Fry the shrimp in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Put a little avocado on a piece of bread, a shrimp on top and garnish with a slice of lemon. If you like bruschetta sharper, rub it with garlic before serving.
