Crackers with salmon and cottage cheese are a very easy–to-prepare snack that can be prepared for a holiday or on a normal day. For a brighter taste, you can use crackers with onion, garlic and cheese flavors.
Ingredients
- Crackers (salty) – 13-15 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Salmon (smoked) – 100 g
- Cottage cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the curd cheese in a bowl and whisk. You can add spices to it, a little salt, garlic. Beat for a minute and a half until fluffy.
Transfer the whipped curd cheese into a pastry bag.
Put the curd cheese on the crackers. With a cooking bag, it is faster and easier, and it is also possible to use various nozzles.
Cut the red fish into thin slices, roll up the pieces and place them in the curd cheese.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and finish the appetizer.
Serve the appetizer right away. Additionally, you can decorate with fresh herbs. The remaining snack can be stored in the refrigerator for a short time – the next day the cracker may become soft.
