- Avocado - 3 pcs.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 1,5 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado, remove the stone, mash the pulp with a fork until smooth.
Add olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
