Delicious and easy to prepare snack. If desired, it can be made slightly spicy or spicy. I'm telling you my favorite recipe with step-by-step photos. Try it – your whole family will be delighted!

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 500 g
  • Onion (small) – 1 piece
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Greenery - 5 twigs
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp.
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Vinegar (table 9%) – 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour salt and sugar into a saucepan, then pour in water and bring to a boil, stirring. Then pour vinegar into hot water.

Wash tomatoes and cut into halves or quarters.

Cut the peeled garlic into plates, onion – quarter rings or straws.

Chop the fresh herbs finely with a knife.

Put half of the onion, garlic and herbs in a clean jar.

Put half of the tomatoes in the jar, then again make a layer of onions, garlic and herbs.

Put the tomatoes back in, pour the marinade all the way to the top. Close the jar with a lid, let it cool, and then put it in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, this delicious snack will be ready. It can be served as an addition to meat, fish or side dishes!
