I love pates not only from meat, but also from mushrooms. Moreover, absolutely any types are involved, for example, buttermilk. I have a favorite recipe that helps me out every year in the season of a rich mushroom catch, and today I will share it with you.

Ingredients

  • Butter - 600 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
  • Butter - 100 g
  • Carrots - 1 piece

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the mushrooms for 20 minutes in boiling water and put them in a colander.

Fry the chopped onion and carrot until soft.

Add the mushrooms and fry until the moisture evaporates. At the end, add the chopped garlic and spices.

Grind everything into a paste using a blender or meat grinder.

Mix the pate with soft butter for consistency.
